Our space craft hovers in the skies above Denver, Colorado and the way we live has completely changed. Our new Chef-led culinary demonstration, Sugar Science - Colorado 2125, takes you on a whimsical, head-freezing tasting adventure exploring the future of our favorite treats, served up with our special twist of molecular gastronomy. Expect the unexpected with a menu created by Denver’s ‘Willy Wonka” and Colorado native culinary wizard, Chef Ian Kleinman. Each ticket includes six delightful treats, such as freeze-dried Jupiter Jelly Cubes, Mars Nitro Milk Duds & Charcoal Space Foam rolled in freeze-dried Strawraspbluberry & Saturn Compressed Fruit; your choice of liquid nitrogen ice cream sundae, and time in our black light room with glow in the dark cotton candy - for a captivating 45 minute Inventing Room experience.
The experience, designed for all ages, will be limited to 16 guests total for each session to ensure an intimate and interactive experience for our guests. The entire time slot can be purchased by purchasing all 16 tickets for a private demonstration for a unique team-building experience, family get together or birthday outing. While we do not offer birthday parties at our dessert shop, this is a wonderful birthday celebration outing for any age. Please note, our dessert shop and catering operation is 100% nut-free and we can accommodate gluten & dairy allergies/ restrictions - just let us know upon arrival to the dessert shop.
The Inventing Room Dessert Shop requires advance online ticket purchase and we cannot accommodate walk-in guests. Tickets to Sugar Science - Colorado 2125 are $16 per person, or $256 for a private demonstration, plus service fees and tax. Tickets are required for anyone entering the dessert shop over the age of two.
Please note, all ticket sales are final and non-transferrable to different times are dates. Your ticket is considered VOID after your ticket time passes. A ticket is required for anyone entering the dessert shop.
At this time, we have tickets and private demos available for May only, dates for June will be very limited and added at the end of May. We will not schedule private demonstrations in advance of monthly ticket releases.
TIPS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS -
- Tickets are required for anyone entering the dessert shop over the age of two.
- If you are attending with a group, purchase all tickets at once. Time slots sell out fast and could sell out as you are purchasing tickets.
- Please make sure you are selecting the correct date and time you wish to visit before completing ticket purchase.
- For a private demonstration, simply purchase all 16 tickets to one time slot.
- If it is only allowing you to select/ purchase one ticket during a selected time slot, that means there is only one ticket left in that time slot.
- We highly recommend using a desktop computer or tablet for purchasing tickets, we have heard of some issues with using a phone to purchase tickets though SimpleTix. Please note, it can take a few minutes for you to receive your email ticket confirmation especially when there is a high volume of ticket sales - your confirmation email will arrive via SimpleTix Orders.
