Join us for a delightful experience at The Inventing Room Dessert Shop this fall. Our new holiday experience, Sugar Science - A Colorado Christmas Story, begins on Friday, November 7th, with demonstrations available Thursdays through Sundays. Native Chef Ian Kleinman will lead you on a culinary demonstration featuring Colorado Christmas-themed confections, infused with a unique twist of molecular gastronomy.
During the 30-minute demonstration, you’ll learn about the fascinating science behind our cooking processes, techniques, and the rich history of Colorado and Christmas. Enjoy our special interpretations of classic holiday treats while immersing yourself in the festive, sweet spirit.
Sugar Science - A Colorado Christmas Story” will continue throughout the year, and December tickets will not be available until the end of November.
Each ticket includes six cheery, sweet treats and your choice of liquid nitrogen sundae - as well as some time in our glow in the dark room – for a sugary & bright 45-minute Inventing Room experience. Your bubbling, smoking liquid nitrogen sundae choices range from a Vanilla Creme Brûlée Ice Cream Sundae, S’mores Sundae and our our signature, award-winning Mexican Fried Ice Cream.
Our delightful dessert shop offers an experience designed for all ages, from two to 102. Each session is limited to 16 guests to ensure everyone’s enjoyment. Perfect for date nights, family outings, or simply satisfying your sweet tooth, this experience is ideal for sweet and science lovers of all ages.
Please note, all ticket sales are final and non-transferrable to different times are dates. Your ticket is considered VOID after your ticket time passes. A ticket is required for anyone entering the dessert shop. Please read the tips for purchasing tickets below before purchasing tickets.
Please note, all of our treats are 100% nut-free and we can accommodate gluten & dairy allergies - just please let us know upon arrival to the dessert shop. The Inventing Room Dessert Shop requires advance online ticket purchase and we cannot accommodate walk-in guests.
Craving some sweet alone time? Our private Sugar Science demo is perfect for birthdays, work outings, or family fun. We don't do birthday parties, but this sweet experience is perfect for all ages. Just give us a heads-up if it's a birthday bash!
For a private demonstration, simply purchase all 16 tickets for a time slot in our online shop. We only have the dates and times available listed in our online shop. At this time, we have very limited tickets and private demonstrations available for November. December tickets will be available toward the end of November. We cannot schedule private demonstrations or sell individual tickets in advance of monthly ticket releases.
TIPS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS -
- We highly recommend using a desktop computer or tablet for purchasing tickets, we have heard of some issues with using a phone to purchase tickets through SimpleTix.
- Every person, age two (2) and up, entering the dessert shop requires a ticket.
- If you are attending with a group, purchase all tickets at once. Time slots sell out fast and could sell out as you are purchasing tickets.
- Please make sure you are selecting the correct date and time you wish to visit before completing ticket purchase.
- For a private demonstration, simply purchase all 16 tickets to one time slot.
- If it is only allowing you to select/ purchase one ticket during a selected time slot, that means there is only one ticket left in that time slot.
- It can take a few minutes for you to receive your email ticket confirmation especially when we are experiencing a high volume of ticket sales - your confirmation email will arrive via SimpleTix Orders.
